🌸🦋 Coming Spring 2027 to Creekside Flower Farm! 🦋🌸

Just because the frost has arrived and our flowers have faded doesn’t mean the work stops! 🌱

We’re busy preparing fields and building new flower beds for next season, and we’re especially excited about 19 new varieties of Butterfly Ranunculus! 🌷

We can’t wait to see these beauties blooming and share them with you next spring! 💕

The flowers may be gone, but the excitement for next season is already growing! 🌸

🌸 And just like that… our 2026 flower season has come to an end. 🍂❄️

The farmers almanac had Cumberland MD down for our first fall frost on October 18th. Well, Mother Nature was spot on this year.

Last night’s frost officially brought our beautiful flower fields to a close for the year.

While it’s always bittersweet to see the flowers go, our hearts are full of gratitude! ❤️

THANK YOU to each and every one of you who supported Creekside Flower Farm this season. Whether you purchased a bouquet, signed up for a flower subscription, trusted us with flowers for a special occasion, visited the farm, or simply liked and shared our posts — you helped make this season so special.

What started as tiny seeds grew into thousands of beautiful blooms, countless bouquets, wonderful friendships, and so many special memories.

We truly couldn’t do what we love without all of you! 💕

The fields may be finished for now, but we’re already dreaming, planning, and planting for another beautiful season ahead.

The giveaway pick ups will be Sunday too once I gather all this loot. Casey and I are not on the farm tomorrow.

🌸👑 The Dahlia Queen herself finally made it to the farm! 👑🌸

Laura Zlomek has been waiting all season to frolic through the dahlias, and what better day to make it happen than her BIRTHDAY! 🎂💐

And she didn’t come alone! She brought some wonderful friends from Allegany Health Nursing and Rehabilitation to share in the beauty of the flower field! 🌺🦋

We are especially grateful for these incredible people and the love, kindness, and compassion they show our mother and all the residents every single day. 💕

It was such a joy to welcome you to our little slice of heaven and share something we love with people who give so much of themselves to others.

Happy Birthday, Queen Laura! 👑🌸 May your day be as beautiful as the dahlias you came to frolic through!

🌸🩷🌸🩷Giveaway Time! 🌸🩷🌸🩷
This is a double nomination!!! Read carefully.
Please nominate one nursing home EMPLOYEE and one LOVED ONE residing in a local nursing home! The staff folks work extra hard making our loved ones feel comfortable. As many of you, our mother is back at the amazing Allegany Health Nursing and Rehabilitation. We are forever grateful for the care and comfort they provide Mother. Today, I was visiting Mom and had a beautiful bouquet for her. When I stepped off the elevator, it was lunch time so many residents were lined up waiting to go down to the cafeteria. They oooed and awed over the flowers and I felt terrible I didn’t have one for each of them. So, I came home and made a bunch of bouquets for the cafeteria tables and one big one to put on display at each nurses station. Michael and Chrissy helped with delivery so it was a McCagh Siblings team effort. Casey and I grow these flowers because we know how much flowers can brighten one’s soul. Please help us spread some cheer to the employees and a loved one. We will choose a random winner on Friday. Only catch is we WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DELIVER.

Employee Winners will have to PICK UP and nominators will have to pick up for their loved ones as Casey and I will be out of town this weekend. Thanks for supporting us!!

💕🌸 I can finally share the photos from Colleen’s wedding! 🌸💕

Getting all those flowers from Cumberland to Nags Head was no small feat! There was plenty of stress, a little chaos, and a whole lot of love poured into every single bloom. But seeing my girl so happy on her special day made every stressful moment worth it! ❤️

There’s something extra special about growing the flowers for your own daughter’s wedding. Every petal was picked with love, and every arrangement came straight from our hearts. 🌸

To Colleen Erin and Michael Morehead, may your marriage be filled with endless love, laughter, happiness, and beautiful memories. Watching you begin this new chapter together was worth every mile and every flower-filled bucket!
