Customers ask me all the time, “What’s the difference between roller shades and Roman shades?” 🤎

One of the biggest differences is how they look when raised!

Roller shades roll neatly onto a tube at the top of your window, leaving a clear glass view and a clean, minimal look.

Roman shades fold into a beautiful, visible stack at the top, keeping fabric and texture on display even when raised. You can leave them about a third of the way down for that styled look, but they don’t have to stay that low.

Woven Roman shades, like those pictured, add warmth and natural texture with materials such as bamboo, reeds, and grasses.
