This week, we're shining the spotlight on Kayla Steeby! 🌟

Kayla has been married to Heath for 10 years, and together they have three kids: Marlee, Cooper, and Brecken. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, raising cattle, hunting, and being outdoors as much as possible.

One of Kayla's favorite things about her job is watching projects come together from start to finish. There’s something rewarding about seeing all the planning and hard work turn into a finished project.
When asked about her favorite 4SF project, Kayla's answer wasn't a specific job.
"Truthfully, watching the company go from a trailer load of fence panels in my driveway to our crews putting work in place in multiple states."

We're thankful for Kayla and everything she does behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.
