"It's Garages" Service/Labor Warranty

At "It's Garages", we are committed to providing exceptional quality and value to our customers. Our service/labor warranty reflects our confidence in our work and our commitment to your satisfaction.

1. Warranty Coverage: Our service/labor warranty covers all work performed by our Free Agents for a period of six months from the date of service. This warranty specifically covers any defects in workmanship for services rendered including garage door installation, opener/motor service/installation, and custom jobs.

2. What is not covered: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or lack of maintenance. It also does not cover any repair work necessitated due to the use of parts or hardware not supplied by "It's Garages". The warranty is also void if repairs are done by anyone other than our authorized Free Agents.

3. Warranty Claims: If a problem arises within the warranty period, the customer should contact "It's Garages" immediately. We will arrange for one of our Free Agents to inspect the issue and carry out necessary repairs. It is important to note that any repairs needed should not be attempted by the customer, as this could void the warranty.

4. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original customer.

5. Cost: There is no additional cost for this warranty. It is part of our commitment to provide fair pricing and outstanding workmanship.

6. Registration: To activate the warranty, the customer must register their service with "It's Garages" within 30 days of service completion. Registration can be done through our app or website.

7. Limitations: This warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. "It's Garages" shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
