Been working on this project. Building frames for screen and removable heavy duty clear plastic to make this outside area an all year round space.

Well it's EOD Friday. Ran into some issues and the toilet isn't in yet but partition wall with niches is up and the furred out wall for plumbing is up and the floor is tiled. I tell myself "You're one man, you can only get so much done in a day.", but I'll be working this weekend to get a usable potty for the kids.

So this project has been on my wife's list for quite awhile. The beginning of the summer she put it in my calendar that I was working on it this week. So here we go. Almost a full demo. So long as we have a functioning toilet by the end of the week I'll feel good about it. 😉

Chip and Karen were tired of carpeted stairs. So I did a flooring match and got rid of the carpet and put in new treads and risers. Painted all trim. Sweet upgrade! Thanks guys! See you soon.

Loose pillars and rotting brick moulding. Replace moulding and fastened, sealed and painted all.

John and Lynn, thanks for having me out to fix the problem of getting heavy pool and summer things rolled out from garage to patio and vice versa. It came out great and will last the summer season, then just pick it up and put it away until next season.

Thanks Jason for having me over to solve the stair and flooring issue in the den. Came out beautiful.

Cheryl's office update, she did an amazing job researching and planning and figuring out exactly what she wanted. I'll update after the rest of painting is done but it came out beautiful!
