Only you can answer that, and honestly, it’s none of my business. But I’ll be the first to admit that mine hasn’t been where it needs to be.
Please understand that prayer may be the missing ingredient in the breakthrough you’ve been believing God for. Prayer isn’t just for the valleys; it’s for the mountaintops, too. We need God in every season, in every circumstance, and in every aspect of our lives. 🙏🏽
Liberty Church is hosting 21 Days of Prayer for the youth, Monday-Friday 6:30a-7:30a and Saturday 7:30a-8:30a. I want to challenge you to join us in praying for the young people in our community. Let’s cover them in prayer, stand in the gap for them, and believe God for what He wants to do in and through their lives. 🙌🏽
God shouldn’t be an afterthought. He should be at the center of it all. 💭

A little update to help demystify what’s happening. 🤍
I’m hitting the reset button, with a renewed focus on creating a healthy faith • work • life balance.

Going forward, I’ll be offering Personal Chef services to a very small, select group of clients. This change is intentional and will allow me to build a new rhythm that better aligns with this season of life.

Once I’ve established that rhythm, I’ll be sure to update you all as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support!

But honestly, it’s not about the number.
It’s about who I’ve become along the way.
August 14th marked one full year of consistently showing up for myself through Pilates. And every time I walk into that studio, I’m humbled in the best way. I don’t take the ability to move my body for granted. There is something so sacred about willingly walking into something you KNOW is going to be hard—and choosing to fight through it anyway.
I’ve gotten stronger. My body moves in ways I never imagined it could. But the biggest transformation has happened in my mind.
My thinking has changed. My perspective has shifted. I’ve learned that I am capable of doing hard things, even when I don’t feel ready, even when it’s uncomfortable, and even when I want to quit.
That, to me, is the ultimate win. 🥇
200 classes got me here.
I can’t wait to meet the woman I’ll be at 300. 🥹🫶🏽🥳

To all of you who have supported me along this journey, thank you. ❤️
For a while now, I’ve been pouring so much of my time, energy, and heart into meal prepping real food. It has truly been a labor of love, but I’ve come to realize that sometimes, seasons must change—and I believe it’s time for a new one.

I’ll still be providing many of your favorite snacks, drinks, and market treats, but I’m also excited to share that I’ll be moving forward as a Private Chef, offering family-style meals to a small group of 7–10 clients.

If this is something you’re interested in, please send me a message. More details will be shared as I continue restructuring and growing the business in a way that feels right for this next chapter.

My projected date to begin accepting new private-chef clients is September 21st.
