THE “HONEY-DO” LIST THAT KEPT GROWING… AND WE GOT IT DONE. 🔨🏠
You know that list.
The little things around the house that need fixed, replaced, updated or figured out. Individually, they may not seem like major projects—but eventually that list gets pretty long.
That was this project.
And this is exactly the kind of work I love doing.
What started as a list of household repairs turned into a little bit of plumbing, electrical, ventilation, carpentry, installation, troubleshooting and problem-solving—all for one customer and all handled with the same attention to detail.
✅ Removed and replaced Water Pressure Reducing Valve
✅ Replaced the kitchen faucet & sprayer
✅ Installed a new ceiling fan
✅ Replaced 16 electrical switches and outlets (2-way, 3-way, dimmers, ceiling fan & lights)
✅ Installed new exterior lighting
✅ Replaced the mailbox
✅ Adjusted closet doors
✅ Repaired/re-anchored a curtain rod
✅ Repaired the toilet flush components
✅ Reworked the dryer vent system—from the dryer all the way to the exterior
✅ Reworked the range-hood exhaust, including enlarging the wall opening, adding framing/support, repairing around the pe*******on and properly sealing it from the weather and outside air
✅ Installed a clean new exterior vent termination, enlarged hole, installed cap
Some of the most important work is actually the stuff you DON’T see when the job is finished.
Behind that new exterior vent, for example, the old setup needed more than simply swapping a cover. The opening had to be corrected, connections properly secured and the pe*******on sealed so the finished product wasn’t just prettier—it was better than what was there before.
That’s what I want my customers to get when they call me.
Not a shortcut.
Not “good enough.”
Not five different people for five different jobs.
Just someone who will show up, figure out what needs to be done, communicate with you, and take pride in doing it right.
If you have your own “I’ve been meaning to get that fixed…” list, maybe it’s time to knock it out.
