This lot now has a new lease on life! Instead of the water running directly underneath the lot, it is now sealed up tight and draining to the storm drain where it belongs!

A big thank you to Jeff from Complete Striping for the fast response, working around our unpredictable weather to get this lot painted, and the aerial photos!

THIS is why crack sealing asphalt is critical!

This isn't just a crack in your driveway or parking lot; this is a pathway for water to get underneath resulting in very expensive repairs such as potholes.

Sealing cracks prevents water from further eroding of the material that supports the weight of your pavement, and the vehicles that drive on it.

This crack, and many others just like it, are the root cause of the damage to this lot we're repairing with mastic (before and after photos to come).

Even small driveways can hide big problems.

This driveway had moisture under old thick rubber, causing the asphalt surface to crumble.

We removed the loose rubber, cleaned and dried the cracks and surface, and applied the correct thickness of rubber to seal the cracks water tight.

It's now sealed up and we met two of the nicest gentlemen around.
