Sherwin-Williams ProMar 200 Eggshell is a workhorse interior paint that delivers a beautiful low-sheen finish with excellent hide and durability. When brushing and rolling, start with a high-quality nylon/polyester brush for cutting in edges and corners, then use a 3/8” or 1/2” nap microfiber or woven roller cover for fast, streak-free coverage. Keep a wet edge at all times, work in 3x3 ft sections, and roll in an “M” or “W” pattern to avoid lap marks. Two thin coats are better than one heavy coat—ProMar 200 levels beautifully and touches up like a dream. Perfect for walls, trim, and high-traffic areas!

Our crew coated a corrugated metal freezer ceiling with INSL-X Freezer Kote while the box stayed online. After removing frost and loose material and confirming the metal was clean and dry, we applied the high-gloss, rust-inhibiting enamel at sub-freezing temperatures—down to −40°F—so the facility did not have to shut down. The alcohol-based coating is self-priming on bare ferrous metal and aluminum, levels into the corrugations, and returns the ceiling to service in about 24 hours with a bright, non-yellowing finish that resists moisture and abrasion in cold storage.

Pressure washing a concrete wall with a rotor-tip (turbo nozzle) delivers a spinning, high-impact stream that cuts through dirt, mildew, laitance, and loose material far more efficiently than a standard fan tip—leaving a clean, profiled surface that coatings can grip. After a thorough rinse, the wall is allowed to dry completely so the next coat bonds tight and performs for years.
