Sur La Table Restaurant transformation in process ✅

Small detail. Big protection. 🏠💧

This home had no weep screed—a critical drainage detail at the bottom of the stucco wall. It gives moisture behind the stucco a way to escape. Without proper drainage, moisture can build up and increase the risk of staining, stucco damage, and wood rot.

Our JGI Stucco crew is chipping back the existing stucco and installing new weep screed to help the wall drain properly.

Quality starts beneath the finish. 💪

Imperfect smooth. Carefully crafted. 👌

Watch our team apply, blend, and hand-trowel an acrylic stucco finish for a soft, natural texture. Every pass adds character—that’s the beauty of a finish crafted by hand.

Leading the way is our Founder, Mario, with one of our great workers, Andres, bringing the finishing touches. Proud of the hands behind JGI Stucco! 💪
