A little collection of recent vintage finds! 🤎

Some pieces just have a way of taking you back in time. Maybe to your grandmother’s kitchen, a family holiday, or a home you haven’t thought about in years.

That’s one of my favorite things about vintage shopping. Every piece has a little history, and sometimes it brings back a memory you didn’t even realize you missed.

I’m curious… which one catches your eye? And does anything remind you of someone or somewhere special?

A little behind the scenes at Found by Molly… aka ONE of my storage areas at home. 😂 Treasures waiting for their booth debut, seasonal goodies, and a few “I’ll do something with that” projects!

Christmas prep is in full swing over here! 🎄

The part of having a vintage booth I didn’t think through? Where I was going to store all these treasures between shopping trips and booth restocks. Apparently, the answer is everywhere. 🤣

Two sweet woodland pictures and a floral tureen with the prettiest fall colors. 🤎 These three finds have so much cozy cottage charm. I can picture them tucked into a collected home!

Which catches your eye: the little fawn, the lace deer, or the tureen?

🎿✨ Some finds are worth waiting for!

Months ago, I spotted these vintage wooden skis and poles on Marketplace and immediately had a vision for Christmas. I was thrilled they were still available!

But these aren’t just ordinary wooden skis. They’re Norwegian Splitkein skis with original Østbye Patent markings and Tempo bindings, brought to the U.S. from Belgium.

Today, I finally started bringing that vision to life! I’m keeping every Christmas addition removable with no new holes or permanent changes, because their history deserves to be preserved.

🤎 Some furniture pieces just have a way of making you stop and look twice.

This beautiful Ethan Allen secretary is one of my newest finds, and I absolutely love its graceful legs, glass-front cabinet, and drop-front writing desk.

I can just picture it tucked into a cozy corner, filled with old books and treasured keepsakes.

🛒 GRAB OR PASS?

I’ve collected old Bibles for my morning room over the years, but I’ve never seen one quite like this!

Today, I stumbled upon this gorgeous Victorian Parallel Bible, believed to be over 130 years old. The gold detailing, ornate clasps, and beautifully aged pages had me completely captivated.

At $80, with a detached cover, my heart said yes, but my practical side said otherwise.

Would you have brought this beauty home? ❤️

Sometimes the prettiest decorating ideas come from using old things in unexpected ways ❤️

I turned a vintage candy dish into a little lamp with a little votive and gave an old oil lamp new life as a flower vase.

I love finding new purposes for old treasures!

Have you ever repurposed something vintage? I’d love to hear what you did!
