Sarris Candies Run for Alex

RUN FOR ALEX Hello to all past volunteers!

Run for Alex 2019 is only 27 days away, and WE NEED YOU!

This year marks the 15th anniversary of the Run. We thank you for everything you have done. As past volunteers, you understand how vital your contribution is to making this event so successful. There is NO WAY we could safely run three races, shut down over 20 intersections, award the participants, hand out 150 auction baskets, and feed approximately 3,000 people... in a two hour span... without YOU! The hundreds of scholarships that have been awarded to our local graduates, and the generous philanthropic contributions that have been made are as a direct result of this successful race.

May we count on your energies again this year? We will need help on Thursday, May 30 to fill race bags, Friday May 30 (5:30-8:30 PM) for packet pickup, and Saturday (RACE DAY) for parking lot set up, tear down, water stations, and lots of food help... We welcome you back with open arms! Bring your family, friends, and neighbors too!

But I need you to let me know ASAP as I am in the process of making the volunteer assignments. Please respond to this email with your availability... as well as signing up online (You will be receive a t-shirt that way!). This will take less than 5 minutes!
