Progress is happening, and this waterfront dream home is beginning to tell its story. ✨

Over the past several weeks, beautiful milestones have taken shape here in Edgewater, MD—from framing details to the architectural elements that will soon become a refined, welcoming retreat.

Designed with an elegant yet comfortable coastal aesthetic, this home will embrace layered textures, timeless finishes, and a serene palette inspired by the water that surrounds it. Think sophisticated neutrals, soft blues, natural materials, and spaces created for gathering, relaxing, and making memories.

Watching a vision come to life is always exciting, and I can’t wait to share more as this stunning waterfront home continues to evolve.

Stay tuned for the next chapter. 🌊🤍

After 13 long months of trying to get the building permit, it finally came through! The old home was torn down, basement excavated and today I’m onsite with to give you some insight into how they’ve taken the architectural drawings to prefabricate the exterior basement foundation walls and drop them into place with their mack-daddy crane. Stay tuned for more progress updates on this beautiful waterfront project!

My 1965 farmhouse bathroom renovation is complete! Even with a small budget you can transform a space into something beautiful. Try something bold like a patterned tile on the floor even though it may be out of your comfort zone like it was for this client but now they couldn’t be more thrilled with how it turned out. design
