Table Seven Licensed Cottage Foods

We began in the kitchen, with my little girl mixing spices at age one. I bring sweet. She brings spice.

I make food for the soul, she brings flavor. ORDER or VISIT A mother + daughter herbal and culinary company creating natural products for body + table. Our brand began in the kitchen - with herbs, love, curiosity, and a little girl who started mixing spices at age one. I've been an herbalist for years, making salves and teas for family , friends and out community. But my daughter... she was the spark. By age four she was creating her own spice blends - including Sweet Tang BBQ and her signature blend, Seven Seas - instinctively knowing what worked together. She brought flavor. I brought healing. Together, we unite culinary creativity with herbal wellness in every product we make. Herbal wellness + Culinary Flavor + Natural Healing

We have been back for 48 hours and have almost reset the entire home. Even after one of my closest friends, came and cleaned all the glass and s*** left all over.

I'm beyond in disbelief. But, y'all know me...I'm full of joy. I had a breakdown coming home and seeing it for myself. It came and went and we buckle up and carry on with pride, joy and Blessings.

We are on hold while resetting, deep cleaning and tackling what seemed impossible to reset.

I am beyond grateful for my neighbor, friends, and village coming together while we were away and our animals were locked inside our home. Hungry, no food, no water for almost 3 days for some of them. Dogs left fending till friends jumped into action.

We are closed...maybe till Saturday, maybe till Sunday.

We had a little chat about where we donate our goods that don't sell, about our dream for shipping cookies across the USA.

We shared the idea that a cookies can truly bring a smile and cheer.

We donate and handout cookies after events and I will say, it brings tears to my eyes and a smile to us both, giving and receiving.

Thank you Katy!

When life hands you lemons...I mean we could totally sulk, whine and mope. But! Why?

Why not see the brighter side of things, look at things with childlike wonder, be less rigid, go with the flow and for goodness sake, have mercy and grace! With yourself.

Above all, we are healthy. Happy and joyful. What matters is there is always something good to appreciate.

Am I crying? Actually, we laughed so hard because the mixer had a super power...speed! It goes to speed 10 and hit 100 today. If you know...you know.

I zip zapped every second and finished off with, what would grandma do?

She NEVER used a mixer. So, my forearms and hands are sore, and there are half the loaves for tomorrow's big event.

Now what? Omg. I don't know!

Cookies. Cakes. Knead more ideas please! Lol

It's all good. Blessings, incoming!

He was so out of it. Hot day and doing door to door. But what he did next was such a big deal to us! Remember...whose hand is in all of this. I promise...as he rang the doorbell, I was not feeling good to even listen but had just prayed for the stand as soon as it rang.

You have to see part 2! What are your thoughts?

09/24/2026

PART 2 I saw him on camera, on the first recording breathing heavy asking for water...it's was hot out and we have lots of hills.

I was not planning to come outside today...and well, he needed water!

What he did next was such a Blessing! My goodness how God appoints and brings joy through this little stand. I've been in bed most of the day caring for a sick kiddo and it goes to show, God still leaves room to serve. Somehow. Someway. Then to be Blessed, yet again, unexpectedly.

This is the third person who has left a Blessing for us. Unconditionally.
