No words can describe the amount of water damage that took place at this house that was on the market and being sold. The home was not allowed to be sold until the damage was repaired and approved for the loan. We gave options on the repairs but somethings had to be done no matter what.

Ultimately the final decision was to move the new water heater into the closet as it was previously located under the kitchen sink and was the main problem from all the water damage.

We were only hired to get to a point where the sub floor was repaired and there was hot water to the kitchen and bathroom. Some of the water lines look like the tubes from Super Mario but that because all access to existing water lines were at the same junction.

The main point is the repairs were made and the house sold without anymore hoops to jump through.

When POP’S Contracting was formed, a little over 4 years ago, we obtained our first customer and we have been to the same customers home doing different projects since then. We are back again with one of those WOW projects and it turned out amazing.

When neighbor calls and says “we’ve got other quotes for a deck but they seemed crazy high, can you help us?”

We reply, “we can help and we treat you like family!!”

Another master bed/bathroom remodel and another happy customer. We love helping customers bring their ideas to life.

Custom but not so elegant request from a customer who knew what she wanted. The sink it self is older than anyone born in the 70s and it was our privilege bringing it back to life. Added extra support to the subfloor, new flooring, and a custom sink/dishwasher stand. Loved the old mixed with the modern look and we now the customer loved it also.

Just when the heat index started to get out of control we were able to start an inside job for a wonderful family. It wasn’t a full bathroom remodel but it was pretty close. Palisade wall panels and their new shower pans is the material we used. First time trying these systems out and they worked great. We also removed all carpet in master bed & bath and laid new flooring.

Concrete seems amazing until this happens. When you’re trying to help a customer sell a home you have to have solutions, we have them. Created this idea as we built it and it came out amazing. So proud of the end results and the customer was even more happy!!

This small bathroom just needed some tender, love, and care. Freshly sealed, painted, and a few new updates.

Over the past few days we have been doing doors, doors, and doors. These are are all different projects at different locations. And a siding repair.

Pretty proud of this project. Customer wanted house repainted before Memorial Day weekend so they could get the house listed and ready to be sold.

These are the before pics and it won’t let me add the video of the final results so that will be located in the comments.

So happy with the results and couldn’t even rate the experience with the customer. We loved them and they loved the results!!
