Red clay is no joke, especially when it ends up on a commercial roof. 💦

We recently worked on the TPO roof at Markley Place in downtown Greenville, tackling construction-related dirt, clay staining, and residue that can be tough to remove.

The tricky part? You can’t treat a roofing membrane like a concrete driveway. TPO requires a more careful approach, with the right cleaning methods and controlled pressure to help protect the membrane, seams, and drainage system.

This is the kind of commercial work that reminds me why experience matters. Every surface has its own challenges, and knowing how to approach them makes all the difference.

The construction is finished. The concrete still needs some attention.

Our team handled post-construction concrete cleaning at Greenville County’s County Square Tax Office, helping get the exterior ready for the people who work there and visit every day.

Big commercial buildings like this take a lot of time, equipment, and teamwork to get through, but there’s nothing better than seeing the finished result.

The team just wrapped up another Greenville County facility, and this one was seriously dirty.

The Greenville County Detention Center had years of grime and organic buildup covering the exterior. Some of these walls were so dark it was hard to tell how much of the original surface was underneath.

We brought out the lift, got up where we needed to be, and started working our way across the building.

There’s something pretty satisfying about watching a wall this dirty start coming back to life one section at a time.

We’ve been fortunate to work on quite a few Greenville County properties, and getting trusted with projects like this one is something we don’t take for granted.

Just another big commercial cleaning job right here in our hometown.
