Such a pleasure meeting George Oliphant from 🏡✨

I was always amazed by how the show brings together design, creativity, and community to transform spaces and change lives.

As an interior designer, being part of a project with such a meaningful impact would be an incredible opportunity.

Who knows? Maybe one day we’ll work on a rescue together!

Monochromatic bathroom design.

Yes it's tile not wallpaper. The porcelain tile has a beautiful matte texture that makes it look like fabric.
Porcelain has a reputation of being fragile, not true if it's a good quality it's as easy to work with as any other type of tiles

The floor tile is a beautiful slate grey, I used a muted color so it won't take anything away from the spectacular walls.

The bathroom has plenty of light sources
: 3 zones spot lights, a beautiful decorative pendant light to add a layer of an Ambient lighting.

The asymmetrical mirror compliments perfectly the organic motifs on the tile.

After years of drafting for my clients, I now have the privilege of sharing my craft with my students. Metropolitan Design School | Long Island.

I am a true believer that every design should start with a draft and a render, and I make sure that my students have the confidence to use sketchup to show their ideas to their future clients.

Design knightmares. Interesting design choices.

You may think that this is Ludacris but I've seeing my share of interesting designs during my real estate days and that motivated me to become an expert in space planning.
