Austin has been part of Target Temp for over 9 years and was one of the first few employees on the team. He’s grown right alongside the company and now leads our service department.

Over the years, Austin has become someone our team can count on, whether he’s helping solve a tough service issue, training the guys, or making sure our customers are taken care of the right way.

We’re proud of how far Target Temp has come, and Austin has been a big part of that story! We’re grateful for the years of hard work, loyalty, and leadership he’s poured into this team.

Help us show Austin some love! 👏

Karen and Louis, thank you for continuing to call Target Temp year after year. We’re grateful for the kind words and even more grateful for the opportunity to keep taking care of your home.

And shoutout to Kyle for getting them back up and running. 👏

Rougarou Fest is almost here 👻🍝

We’ll be out there October 23–25 cooking fettuccine, hanging with the community, and taking in all the Rougarou Fest fun!

Are we gonna see you out there? 👀

There’s something satisfying about watching a fresh wrap come to life. 👀

We teamed up with Joe’s Signs to give another Target Temp ride a fresh look, and had to bring you along for the process.

From blank canvas to ready for the road. 🔥

Where have you seen a Target Temp truck lately?

We’re growing and looking for the right person to join our office team as a Customer Service Representative!

This role is often the first point of contact for our customers, so we’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, comfortable on the phone, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

HVAC experience is not required. We can teach you the industry — we’re looking for the right attitude, strong communication skills, and someone who wants to learn and grow with the team.

At Target Temp, we’re building more than a staff. We’re building a team around values like respect, growth, teamwork, faith, and putting people first.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you!
