I’m Kenneth Trotter-Jennings, founder of Cozy Custom Homes.

If you’ve followed this page for a while, you’ve probably seen the renderings, selections, jobsite updates, design changes, and everything else that goes into bringing these homes together. What you don’t always see is just how much happens behind the scenes to get from “I have an idea” to “Welcome home.”

And honestly, that’s my favorite part.

I love taking someone’s vision — whether it’s a custom home, an investment property, or just a piece of land with a whole bunch of possibilities — and helping turn it into something real.

I’m hands-on with my projects. I care about the floor plan. I care about the budget. I care about whether that stain works with that flooring. 😂 I care about what happens on the jobsite, how we solve problems, and whether the finished product actually feels like what we promised our client in the beginning.

Because to me, being a builder isn’t just about construction.

It’s about trust. It’s about communication. It’s about having somebody in your corner who cares about your project like it matters — because it does.

Cozy is growing, we’re building some beautiful things, and I’m incredibly excited about where we’re headed.

So consider this my official hello. 👋🏾

And if you’ve been thinking about building, investing, developing land, or you simply have an idea and don’t know where to start — come talk to us.

We’re accepting new clients, and I’d love the opportunity to see what we can build together.

Let’s build something COZY. 🏡💙
