Prime & Precision Remodeling

For nine years, every hour we had went into our clients' homes — not into award submissions.

We were too busy delivering custom design-build transformations, mentoring the next generation on job sites, and showing up for every client who trusted us with their most personal spaces. Recognition wasn't the goal. The work was 🛠

This year, alongside everything we were building, we submitted Kristeen for national recognition for the first time — and Kitchen and Bath Business named her a 2026 KBB Praiseworthy Pick. One of only seven professionals recognized nationally across the entire kitchen and bath industry 🏆

This is just the beginning. We're not slowing down on the client work — we're just finally letting it be seen in a bigger room.

Thankyou

Elizabeth Lord-Levitt has been named the 2026 KBB Person of the Year in the KBB Awards, alongside seven Praiseworthy Picks.

There is nothing like admiring your new home gym after a workout 😍

If cooking in your kitchen feels like more trouble than it's worth, that's not on you — that's on whoever built it without thinking about how you'd actually use it.

Let's fix it.

🏋🏼‍♀️ GTL Grew Up — Meet The Reset Room ✨

Gym. Tan. Laundry. We all lived by it once. But somewhere between our 20s and now, the priorities shifted — and the laundry room? It got a serious upgrade.

We converted half of a two-car garage into the ultimate grown-up GTL — gym, laundry room and mudroom all in one custom-built space because you've earned a better routine than a Jersey Shore house. 😏

The wow factor:
🏗️ Half a garage — fully transformed into a finished, functional space
🗄️ Custom floor-to-ceiling cabinetry with quartz countertops
🪝 Built-in hall tree with bench seating, shoe cubbies and coat hooks
🏋🏼‍♀️ Dedicated gym space with LVP flooring throughout
❄️ Brand new Daikin two-stage high-efficiency A/C with Honeywell 2-zone control

GTL was never supposed to end. It just needed a custom build by the Prime & Precision crew 🛠️

Every shower we build passes the golf ball test and the pressure test.
Slope you can trust, pressure you can feel, curbless done right 👍

SWIPE-STOPPING BEFORE & AFTER 👀 The Palm Castle Kitchen

This kitchen didn't just get new finishes — it got rebuilt. We pulled out windows and doors, reworked the footprint, and installed a 5' folding door that opens the whole kitchen to the backyard. New plumbing, new electrical, new structure — we broke a few bones to build a better kitchen.

Out with the prefab cabinets. In with custom Shaker-style white cabinetry, a fluted white oak island, matching venthood and floating shelves. We also relocated the sink into the 10' island — capping the old downdraft and excavating concrete to run new plumbing to make it happen.

A completely different kitchen, built for how families actually live.

One team designed it and built it, start to finish. No subcontracting, no handoffs, no guessing games along the way.

Moodboard Monday ✨ Green marble. Fluted tile. Terrazzo. Brushed hardware and dark wood grain. This is what happens when bold materiality meets restrained colour — a palette built for the client who wants drama without the noise 💚
