🚨 This sink had TWO problems… and one of them was hiding. 👀💧

The sink wasn’t draining properly AND there was a leak underneath. At first, we thought we found where the water was coming from… nope. Wrong side. 😂🔎

After a little plumber detective work, we found the leak — and then it was time to deal with that clogged drain.

🐍 We ran the snake and pulled out the real troublemaker: a nasty buildup of hair blocking the line. 🤢😂

💦 Water disappearing after the meter? We found where it was going. 👀

This 1-inch main water line had a broken 90° PVC fitting causing an underground leak.

Our crew dug beneath the sidewalk to reach the damaged line, removed the broken fitting, reworked the PVC connections, and tested everything to make sure the leak was completely stopped. 🔧💪

Then we backfilled the area and left the job clean. ✅

💡 Plumber Tip: If your water bill suddenly goes up or your meter keeps moving when nobody is using water, you could have a hidden water line leak.

💦 A small attic leak can turn into a BIG problem fast…

This leaking copper tee was caught before it could cause even more damage. 🔧 We removed the damaged section, replaced it with new PEX piping and fittings, restored the water, and tested everything.

✅ Leak fixed.
✅ Water back on.
✅ No indoor rain today. 😎☔
