Another full-home renovation wrapped up!
This project included a major transformation throughout the home, with upgrades focused on functionality, comfort, and making every new addition look like it had always been there.
We completely gutted and remodeled the master bathroom, removing the existing tub and shower and installing a brand-new tub/shower setup. We added a wall and door to give the bathroom more privacy, converted the single-vanity setup to a double vanity, and added new electrical for an all-in-one washer/dryer unit so the homeowners can conveniently do laundry downstairs.
The existing laminate flooring in the kitchen and master bathroom was removed and replaced with tile for a cleaner, more durable finish.
Upstairs, we built a new double-closet addition and took extra care to make it blend seamlessly with the existing home. The closets received new shelving, trim, matched knockdown wall texture, and fresh paint throughout the renovated areas.
We also installed four new ceiling fans, tracked down and repaired existing electrical/wiring issues, installed new trim throughout the remodeled areas, and matched the existing finishes as closely as possible.
A lot of work went into this one, but the goal was simple: make the new work look like it belonged there from day one.
