One of our most recent projects completed!

Full Chemical Strip/Soft Wash to remove all of the damaged weathered stain along with any mold and mildew.

Followed up with Four Full days of Oil Stain Saturating the entire log home.

This is one to remember, Lots of challenges with the Kansas weather and slippery conditions on the roof but we were able to get it done just in time for winter!

Another 2024 Exterior complete!

Full color change. Tons of prep, but it’s pretty cool being able to help bring these older homes back to life.

**Bathroom Remodels and New Flooring**

Opened up the master bath to be able to accept new furniture and cabinetry.

Removed the tile and tub and installed All new Onyx walk in shower.

Updated the hall half bath.

Removed over 2000sqft of carpet, tile and linoleum and installed New Coretec LVP through out the main level.

And lots more!

Regal Select has been our goto on Interiors the last few month’s.

We are using Matte Finishes Regularly throughout our interior repaints and Satin/Pearl in the bathrooms.
