🏡 CORNER LOT? DON’T LET AN EASEMENT COST YOU VALUABLE YARD SPACE!

Did you know that many corner lots have easements that must be considered when installing a fence?

Here’s where it can get tricky… 👀

Not every easement affects your fence the same way. Knowing which easements must be honored, where a fence may be allowed to encroach, and how to maximize the usable space in your yard takes experience and careful planning.

Unfortunately, some fence companies simply see an easement on the survey and take it at face value—automatically moving the fence inward without looking deeper. That could mean giving up valuable yard space unnecessarily.

At Mrs. Fence Company, we have extensive experience navigating easements, surveys, property restrictions, and fence placement. Our goal is to help you understand your options and maximize your fenced-in space while staying within the applicable requirements.

📍 Have an easement on your property?
📍 Own a corner lot?
📍 Been told your fence has to come way inside your property line?

Give Mrs. Fence Company a call before you give up that yard space! 💗💙

🌾 Farm, Field & Ranch Fencing — Built for the Land You Love 🐎🐄

When you’re fencing acres instead of backyards, you need a fence that is reliable, durable, functional, and affordable.

Farm, field, and ranch fencing offers a wide variety of options that can be customized to fit the needs of your property—from keeping livestock secure and defining property lines to creating safe spaces for horses, gardens, pastures, and more.

Whether you’re looking for field fence, board fence, post & rail, or a combination of materials, our Fence Experts can help you find the right balance of:

🌾 Durability — Built to withstand the elements and everyday farm life
🐎 Reliability — Designed around the animals and purpose of your property
🚜 Versatility — Multiple styles and materials for farms, fields, ranches & acreage
💰 Affordability — Cost-effective options that make fencing large properties more attainable

At Mrs. Fence Company, we understand that acreage fencing isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’ll help you choose a fence that makes sense for your property, purpose, and budget—without sacrificing quality.

Have a few acres that need fencing? Give Mrs. Fence Company a call and let one of our Fence Experts help you build a plan! 🌾🩷💙

✨Custom Projects… Let’s Talk About It!

Typically, every custom wood fence project begins with a customer’s vision—and with the help of our team of Fence Experts, that vision becomes a reality.

Every project starts with Sarah, our owner and visionary, who takes the time to understand not only the design the customer wants, but also the purpose and functionality behind it. From there, our Senior Fence Expert, Kenneth, carefully reviews the project and develops a plan that brings the vision to life without ever compromising structural integrity.

Once the plan is finalized, it’s time for the part everyone has been waiting for—the installation. Our Senior Foreman, Cameron, leads every custom wood project with precision, bringing each design to life while delivering the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

At Mrs. Fence, we believe your home should be your oasis. That’s why we take pride in every step of the process by providing exceptional customer service, clear communication, premium-quality materials, and craftsmanship that goes beyond industry standards.

If you’ve been dreaming of a one-of-a-kind custom fence, we’d love to help bring your vision to life. Give Mrs. Fence a call today and let’s build something beautiful together!

✨Not all Aluminum Fence is the same… Let’s talk about it!

Over the last few years, aluminum fencing has been one of the building materials most impacted by the economy, with prices increasing by nearly 30%.

As costs have risen, we’ve seen an increase in lower-cost imported aluminum fencing entering the market. While many of these products advertise a 30-year warranty, there is often little to no true manufacturer accountability if issues arise years down the road.

Not all aluminum fencing is created equal. The quality of the aluminum, the strength of the rails and pickets, the powder coating, and the manufacturer’s reputation all play a major role in how well your fence will perform over time.

If you’re shopping for an aluminum fence, make sure you understand exactly what you’re buying before making a decision. Our team is happy to explain the differences between products so you can choose the option that’s right for your home and your budget.

Have questions? Give Mrs. Fence Company a call and connect with one of our fence experts. We’re here to help you make an informed investment that will last for years to come.
