Gray on the bottom, white on top. Love it or leave it? 🍳

Two-tone cabinets, white subway tile backsplash, quartz counters, a farmhouse sink and a gas cooktop with a pot filler. This kitchen has it all.

This is what a real day on one of our jobs looks like. 🛠️

No stock photos here. That's our crew grouting a wood-look tile floor in a master bath, right next to the pebble stone shower floor they just finished. Same crew, same point of contact, from demo to the final walk-through.

Homeowners, what's the part of a remodel that worries you most? Cost, mess, or timeline? Tell us in the comments 👇 We'll answer every one.

Three showerheads. Zero regrets. 🚿

Two rain heads on the wall plus a handheld on a slide bar, wrapped in tile with a mosaic accent band and a built-in niche. Every piece of this master shower was built by our crew, start to finish.

Would you want this in your bathroom? Comment YES 👇

Before → After. Same bathroom, completely different story.

This one was cramped, dated, and had seen better days. We ripped it out and rebuilt it right — new walk-in shower, fresh tile, updated vanity. Our crew handled every piece of it.

If your bathroom (or kitchen or basement) is telling you it's time for a change, give us a call. Free estimate, no pressure.

We just wrapped up another shower conversion here in Kansas City and I'm proud of how this one turned out.

The customer had an old plastic enclosure with a curtain rod — functional, but that's about it. We took it down to the studs and built them a full walk-in shower. New tile, grab bars, fold-down seat, updated fixtures, and new LVP flooring throughout. Night and day difference.

If your bathroom is overdue for an upgrade, give me a call or text at 971-259-9219. Free estimate, no pressure.

That bathroom you've been putting off? We can make it happen.

We do full bathroom remodels across the KC area — walk-in showers, custom tile, new vanities, tub-to-shower conversions. Our crew handles everything from demo and plumbing to tile and finish work. One team, start to finish, with one person to call the whole way through.

A spa-like bathroom remodel we just wrapped for a Kansas City homeowner: a deep soaking tub wrapped in marble tile, a custom stepped platform, silver fixtures, and windows that pull in natural light from every angle. Every detail here was built to fit the space and the way this family actually lives!

No project too big, no project too small.

I started Arends Home Solutions LLC with one simple goal: treat every Kansas City homeowner the way I'd want my own family treated. 🤝

That means showing up on time, doing what I said I'd do, and standing behind the work — whether it's a small drywall repair or a full kitchen remodel. No high-pressure sales, no cutting corners, no surprises on the invoice.

We're proud to call the Kansas City metro home and to serve our neighbors across Overland Park, Olathe, Independence, and Lee's Summit. Every project is a chance to earn a neighbor's trust, and we don't take that lightly.

If you're a homeowner thinking about a project — or a local realtor or business owner looking for a contractor your clients can rely on — I'd welcome the conversation.
