Warm cinnamon apples layered with creamy Greek yogurt and crunchy granola for the perfect cozy wholesome treat.

👨‍🍳Apple Cinnamon Greek Yogurt Parfaits with Granola

2 cups plain Greek yogurt
½ cup granola (homemade or store-bought)
2 medium apples (Gala, Honeycrisp, or Jonagold), diced ¼ inch
¼ cup water, plus 2 tablespoons, divided
2 tablespoons maple syrup
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of kosher salt
2 teaspoons cornstarch

For the stewed apples, combine the diced apples, ¼ cup water, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, vanilla, and a pinch of salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, stir, then cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring once or twice, until the apples are fork-tender. Whisk the cornstarch with the remaining 2 tablespoons water to make a slurry, reduce the heat to a simmer, and stir in the slurry. Cook for about 1 minute more until the juices thicken and turn glossy. Let cool 10 minutes. To assemble, spoon ½ cup Greek yogurt into the bottom of two glasses or jars, add a layer of warm apple mixture, then top with the remaining yogurt. If serving immediately, finish with granola on top; if prepping ahead, keep granola separate and add just before eating. Store covered in the refrigerator up to 5 days.

Juicy meatloaf wrapped in crispy bacon for the perfect cozy comfort dinner.

👨‍🍳 Awesome Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf

1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
3–4 squirts Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup shredded mixed cheese (any blend you like)
1 package bacon

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, pork, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and shredded cheese. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a foil-lined baking sheet or in a loaf pan. Lay strips of bacon across the top, tucking the ends underneath and crisscrossing if desired.

Bake for 1 hour at 350°F. Switch the oven to broil (convection broil if available) and cook for an additional 5–8 minutes, until the bacon is crisp and browned.

Let rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm with mashed potatoes or your favorite sides.
