Andi designed this new-build cottage from the ground up with one goal in mind: make every inch work hard without making the home feel small.
That meant built-in storage wherever it made sense, a custom entertainment center, bench dinette seating, smart bathroom layouts, and a whole lot of careful space planning tucked into a bright, comfortable little home.
Small homes don’t need fewer ideas. Sometimes they just need better ones.

We know very personally that pets are family, so we think about them when we design for your renovation too. Past that, we can custom fabricate cat trees, catios, hidden litter box cabinets, window perches, built-in feeding stations, and other pet-friendly details.
