Hello Arkansas Valley! We wanted to come on here and answer a few frequently asked questions and clear up some confusion.
Q: Are you out of La Junta?
A: Yes. We are locally owned and operated, live here in La Junta and are based out of La Junta. Our primary area of service is the lower Arkansas Valley and it's surrounding areas. But we are willing to service other areas if the circumstances are right.
Q:Are you a Locksmithing Company?
A: NO. We do not offer locksmith services.We are an Electronic Security company specializing in Alarms, Cameras, Smart Home Automation, Access Control and other similar services. We can however work on certain types of electronic locks and keyless entry locks. Our owner was once apart of Lock Monkey Inc. which has now closed. We have continued on with the Electronic Security side of the business.
Q: Do you make keys for cars?
A: NO. That also falls under the category of locksmithing. Unfortunately it is a service we also do not provide. We are not trained nor do we have the equipment to offer this.
Q: Do you have a store/location somewhere?
A: No. The services we provide does not require a store front. A customer can call for a free consultation, we come out and together assess what the best plan of action is. Then, necessary equipment is ordered and we return for installation and training on how to use your new system.
Q: What do you charge?
A: It depends on the specific services being requested so our charges vary. To get an accurate quote/estimate, that is also where our free consultations come in, we would need to talk to discuss your options/project.
