Did you know? Radon starts beneath your feet.

Yes, it's that close.

Radon rises from the soil and rock beneath a building, entering through cracks, gaps, and other openings. Once inside, it can build up to dangerous levels without you ever seeing or smelling it.

Invisible doesn't mean harmless. DO A TEST, don't guess.

Whether you're a homeowner or business owner, we're here to help.

**UPDATE** We have been given new information that only home owners or property owners can do the radon testing. " Test kits should not be distributed to individuals living in rental properties of any kind. The individual receiving the test kit must be the property owner. Renters do not have ownership of the property and therefore cannot provide the necessary permission or receive testing results for a property they do not own." If you have questions on this please reach out to our office- 712.297.8323.

The radon kits are here! Stop in between 830 and 430 Mon-Fri. There is a small amount of paperwork then you'll be set! If we run out we'll get more on the way!

This project is supported by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services of the USDHHS as part of a financial assistance award totaling $209,040,063.71 with 100% funded by CMS/HHS.
