Last week I built and installed a new railing to the 3rd floor of a 90 year old home in Greensburg,PA.
The trick to this one was to make it flow continually without having sharp corners.
The older residents were concerned obout catching their hips on a corner.

I installed a set off attic steps today. Heavy ones!
After cutting the ceiling opening to the required specs and getting the headers in place, my drywall lift and a sheet of plywood came in handy to get them into place.

Completed some second and third story deck surface replacements this week along with new railings on this 45 year old building. 4 feet wide doesn't allow any room for error but thankfully there were no problems.

Last week I completed this makeover in Latrobe, PA.
Removing the old drop ceilings, paneling and carpet, exposed challenges in getting the dry wall up and so on.
With the addition of LVT flooring and ceiling fans the rooms are now brighter and more comfortable.
Updating the electric to grounded outlets was a big plus for the needs of a modern family.
