🏡✨ **FIRST IMPRESSIONS MATTER… and I'm so excited to introduce FIRST LOOK STAGING CO.!** ✨🏡

I've got some exciting news to share! 🤎🌿

As many of you know, I have a passion for real estate, home design, and transforming spaces. I'm thrilled to bring those passions together with the launch of my new business,
First Look Staging Co.! 🛋️

We all know that first impressions are everything, especially when selling a home!

🏠 An empty house shows buyers the space. A staged house helps them envision a HOME. ❤️

Vacant rooms can sometimes feel cold, empty, or difficult to visualize. But with thoughtfully selected furniture, cozy textures, warm accents, and inviting decor, those same spaces can come to life!

✨ It's about helping potential buyers picture themselves curled up on the couch, gathering around the dining table, and making memories in a space they can truly call their own.

At First Look Staging Co., my goal is simple: Turn empty spaces into inviting places that buyers will remember!

Whether you're a homeowner preparing to sell or a fellow REALTOR® looking to help your listing make a lasting first impression, I'd love to help!

🌿 Vacant Home Staging

🌿 Mini Staging Packages for Smaller Homes

🌿 Custom Staging Options

And to celebrate this exciting new adventure, I'll be offering special introductory pricing for first-time Realtor bookings!! 🎉

I can't wait to share some beautiful transformations with you all!

Apparently we work these kids too hard, didn’t even make it out of Omaha on the way home before they were slumped over napping!

Super fun day of demo and permits! 🤣

🏡✨ A little 1920s charm, a fresh new look, and a whole new chapter!

We recently remodeled this sweet Lincoln home for a client, and we’re so excited to share the transformation! It’s being prepared as a midterm rental for nurses—a welcoming place to recharge between shifts. 🩺💛

📍 In the heart of Lincoln, Nebraska
🛏️ 3 bedrooms | 🛁 1 bathroom
🏥 Close to Hospitals and local amentities

From the sage green kitchen and warm wood tones to the refreshed bathroom and cozy living spaces, this home blends vintage character with thoughtful updates. And that upstairs bedroom? So much charm! 😍

We’ve loved helping bring our client’s vision to life and creating a home away from home for those who spend their days caring for others. 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️

Know a traveling nurse heading to Lincoln? Tag them below or message me for rental details and upcoming availability! 💬

This cutie is almost ready for its first guests! Staging happens next week, and we can’t wait to show you the final look. Who else loves a good before-and-after transformation?

🏡✨ A LITTLE BEFORE & AFTER MAGIC! ✨🏡

There’s just something SO satisfying about watching a home come back to life! 😍 This little cutie had great bones and tons of potential—it just needed some love, a fresh vision, and a few updates to bring her charm back out.

New color ✔️
Fresh, clean details ✔️
Major curb appeal upgrade ✔️
A whole new personality ✔️

I absolutely LOVE helping transform homes and seeing the difference thoughtful updates can make. Sometimes you don’t have to completely reinvent a house—you just have to see the potential hiding underneath. 🤍🌿

What do you think of this transformation?! Are you Team Before or definitely Team After? 👇😂

We’re so excited to give this sweet old home a much-needed facelift while keeping all the personality that makes her special. 😍

Even more exciting—this is our first project for a client who is transforming this beauty into a mid-term rental! 🔨🪴🛋️

We’ve got some fun plans in store, and I can’t wait to share the before ➡️ during ➡️ AFTER transformation with you!

Stay tuned… this little 1920s lady is about to get her glow-up! ✨🏡

Not everyone is a fan of painted brick… including me, 🙋‍♀️ but sometimes it is necessary to bring a fresh new look to the space.✨ What do you think? 💭

🔨 A Special Shoutout to Our Summer MVP 🔨

We need to give a proper thank you to our son Hudson Jones — the hardest working (and cheapest) employee at Alder.

This kid has built decks, built docks, cut tile, done demo, power washed and so much more… honestly if it needs to get done, Hudson’s already done it. His pay rate? Basically just feed him and he’s happy. Zero complaints, unlimited appetite, 100% work ethic. 😂

But in all seriousness — he shows up every single summer, works side by side with Zach, and genuinely loves being part of these homes we pour ourselves into. Alder wouldn’t be Alder without him.

We are so incredibly proud of this kid. 🧡
