💙 We’re wrapping up Customer Service Appreciation Week with someone who knows a thing or two about keeping it all together… Beth Waldrop! 💙

Every workplace needs someone who can keep the chaos under control, and at Integrity Cabinets, that’s Beth! Better known as our “Chaos Coordinator,” Beth has been part of the Integrity family for 5 years and serves as our Customer Service Manager!

Outside of work, she enjoys shopping, thrifting, and cheering on her son as he plays football and baseball for the Clay Central Volunteers! 🏈⚾ She also loves spending time with her two grandsons, ages 5 and 3.

💛 Fun fact: Beth’s favorite color is yellow simply because it makes her happy! 😊

Beth, thank you for everything you do to keep things running smoothly (even when things are anything but smooth)! We appreciate you and all that you bring to the Integrity family! 💙

💙 Customer Service Week Spotlight: Barbara Parsons!

Barbara is someone who enjoys a little bit of everything! From dancing, drawing, and writing poetry to drag racing, hot rods, and off-road riding, she has a love for both creativity and adventure!

She also enjoys college football, spending time in the mountains, taking walks in nature, and sharing good food with friends. Fall is her favorite season, and her faith is an important part of her life.

What stands out most about Barbara is her heart for others. She believes in accepting people for who they are, lending a helping hand whenever she can, and bringing creativity into everything she does.

Barbara prefers to stay behind the camera, but we couldn’t let Customer Service Week pass without recognizing her!

Jonell has been part of the Integrity Cabinets family for 4 years, and we’re thankful for the hard work and dedication she brings to our customer service department!

Outside of work, Jonell enjoys settling in with a good book or watching NHRA drag racing! 🏎️ Whether it’s a quiet afternoon reading or the excitement of the racetrack, she enjoys a little bit of both! And when it comes to her favorite food, chicken salad takes the top spot!

Terry brings over 25 years of industry knowledge and experience to Integrity Cabinets! She handles our Sunshine Homes account and works alongside sales representative Jerry Phillips to help take care of our customers.

When she’s away from the office, Terry loves spending quality time with her grandchildren, who mean the world to her! And when it comes to her favorite food, seafood takes the top spot!

We’re keeping the Customer Service Week spotlights going! 💙

Meet Amber Hill!

Amber has been part of the Integrity Cabinets family for 3.5 years and brings a total of 8.5 years of customer service experience in the cabinet industry!

She’s no stranger to hard work! Along with her role at Integrity, she’s worked a second job for the past 3 years and even owned her own restaurant, Court Square Café, for 4 years!

Faith and family come first for Amber. When she’s not working, she enjoys cooking, painting, crafting, gardening, decorating, and planning parties and events. She’s also a fan of BBQ, Mexican food, and a good pound cake!

Now for a few fun facts! Amber loves a good conspiracy theory, doesn’t eat fruit of any kind, and enjoys mud riding! She also used to love ghost hunting and watching scary movies! 👻
