Sharing a personal project | experiment here:

A family closet!

During a late night of doing laundry it occurred to me that it would be much easier if our clothes all went to the same place. So - I decided to try it out. So far, I love it!

If I were designing this from scratch, the space would be a little different, but I wanted to use furniture and hardware we already owned.

What do you think of the idea?

Sometimes we just need a fresh eye to take a looks at the space to make it work for us. I love the new new look!

The client wanted to get her equipment organized and off the floor. We opted for gym specific wall mounted shelving. We both loved the final result!

Our client requested that we make sense of her kitchen and pantry items before replacing them in her beautifully remodeled kitchen.

🧰 We extended the existing shelving (see comments for links to accessories)
🧰 We purchased dry goods containers and labels for the pantry.
🧰 We moved the china cabinet to the dining room and created a coffee bar with a piece from another room. To tie everything together visually we purchased shelves to hang a few mugs and display pretties.

My client asked me if it was possible to raise the height of the rail and come up with a solution for her son's clothing organization. We repurposed materials, threw up various hardware, and changed up placement. The closet felt more roomy in the end. The "after" photo is in the comments. What do you think?
