!!!!! Roof Replacement !!!!!

Finished up another project today. This old roof was way past due and ready for a replacement. Stripped all of the old shingles and felt paper down to the decking. Made the necessary wood repairs before installing the new shingles and roofing system. Now this home is all sealed up, watertight, and ready for whatever weather gets thrown at it this winter and for years to come. Reach out and let us help you with any of your construction needs. From top to bottom inside and out. We'd be happy to add you onto the schedule and make your project as smooth as possible

!!!!! Apartment Remodel !!!!!

Didn't post any pre paint pics but here's how far we've made it since finishing the soffit and facia. Still have a little bit to go but this old building is cleaning up nicely. So far we have straightened up some areas on the walls where water had been causing problems and multiple attempts at repairs had been made. We skim coated over the old texture on all the walls. Replaced all of the window sills along with some rotten trim boards and finally sealed everything up with a layer of primer and a couple of coats of paint. We are a self performing business and are hands on with every step of our projects so if you are looking for someone to take care of your next construction project reach out anytime and we'll be happy to put you on the schedule and make things as smooth and easy as we can for you

!!!!! Soffit and Facia Upgrade !!!!!

Finished up the soffit and facia work this week. This building just had open eaves for years so we straightened and repaired all the facia then framed in the eave to allow us to install the new aluminum soffit. Finally wrapped things up with a metal facia. Now all the exposed wood has been repaired and wrapped in metal so this should last many more years. Now that everything is solid and water tight on the outside we'll be moving inside to fix things up and make the necessary repairs to get this place even better than before. We are continuously growing and booking more jobs so if you are having any issues with your home or planning on upgrading reach out for a free estimate and I will get you on the schedule

Fought through the heat this week and got started on some exterior renovations. The lower wall was rotted out from years of water damage so we took it down to the studs and rebuilt it to match the style on the front of the building. Then framed out the eave for a soffit and got to work with the metal brake and installed some soffit and facia. Will be posting more updates as we go along with some interior work coming up after we finish up the exterior stuff. If you're considering having any work done reach out anytime and let's get you on the schedule
