Hauling in gravel adds cost. Laying asphalt adds heat, maintenance, and environmental impact. Concrete is expensive and permanent in the wrong ways.

Here's what most people overlook: the soil already on your property is already there, already graded, and already the right material for your climate and terrain.

PolyPavement works with what nature gave you. The polymer emulsion binds native soil particles into a cohesive, hardened surface that carries vehicle loads, sheds water, and doesn't erode.

It's not just cost-effective. It's the approach that respects what's already on the land. For w**eries, ranches, equestrian properties, and parks - surfaces that look like they belong there, because they're made from what was already there.

Soil solidification is not a new concept. It's not a trend, a startup technology, or a recently developed application.

PolyPavement has been the original soil solidifier since 1989; before most of the companies now marketing "eco-friendly paving alternatives" were founded.

The product has been tested by time, weather, traffic, and one of the most demanding engineering organizations in the world. The chemistry is proven. The results are documented across thousands of projects.

When you're making a long-term decision about a surface that needs to perform for decades, you want the company that's been doing it longest. That's us.

Every year, property owners wait until after the first heavy rain to address unpaved road problems. By then, the ruts are set, the erosion has started, and the repair cost is higher than it would have been.

If you're managing unpaved roads, paths, or surfaces heading into wet season, now is the time to evaluate PolyPavement.

Installation requires dry conditions and adequate curing time. Planning ahead gives you the window to do the project right before you need the surface to perform.

We've helped property owners across the country get ahead of mud season for over 30 years. It's a better conversation to have in September than in February.

We get asked: "Is PolyPavement right for my property?"

Here's a straightforward answer. PolyPavement performs best where:

✔ You have native soil with reasonable clay content
✔ You need roads, paths, parking areas, or staging areas
✔ You want a permanent surface without the cost or appearance of asphalt
✔ Dust control and erosion are ongoing problems
✔ You're managing a large property where maintaining multiple surfaces is expensive

We've worked on ranches, vineyards, golf courses, equestrian facilities, county roads, parks, HOA common areas, and military installations.

If your property fits any of those descriptions and you're dealing with mud season, summer dust, or erosion on unpaved surfaces - we'd be glad to evaluate your site.

We're comfortable saying this plainly: PolyPavement is a world class paving product.
That's not promotional language. It's a product that has been independently validated by the

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, used on projects across the country for 35 years, and consistently outperforms alternative surface treatments on long-term durability, cost-effectiveness, and environmental compatibility.

We've seen it used on military installations, on working ranches, on vineyard roads, on public park trails, and on private properties where the owners simply needed a road that worked.

Not every property needs PolyPavement. But for the properties where it's the right solution; there's nothing better. That's the confidence that comes from 35 years of proof.

This is what PolyPavement looks like when it's done right.

A bike path that belongs in the landscape. Warm, natural surface color. Firm enough for daily traffic. Smooth enough for cyclists. Built from the native soil that was already there.

No asphalt black. No concrete gray. Just a surface that looks like it was always meant to be part of this environment - because it was.

This is what we mean when we say the native material becomes the pavement.
PolyPavement - the original soil solidifier since 1989.

After 35 years, the pattern in what our clients tell us is consistent:

"I wish I'd done this years ago."

That's the most common thing we hear; not just that the product worked, but that the decision to delay it cost them years of avoidable maintenance expense and frustration.
The road that washed out every rainy season. The path that generated dust complaints every summer. The access route that equipment couldn't use in wet weather. These are solvable problems; and most property owners live with them far longer than they should.

If you've been putting off evaluating your unpaved surfaces because the timing wasn't right or the budget felt uncertain; we'd invite you to at least have the conversation.

A free evaluation is a low-stakes way to find out what's actually possible.

A w**ery is a destination. Every surface tells visitors something about how you care for your land.

Dusty gravel paths and muddy access roads are a maintenance headache — and they don't match the level of craft that goes into the w**e.

PolyPavement treats vineyard paths, service roads, and tasting room approaches with a surface that holds up to vehicle and foot traffic, sheds water cleanly, and looks like it belongs in the landscape, because it's made from the same soil that's always been there.

It's also water-based, with no harmful runoff into your agricultural soil or drainage areas. For a w**ery, that matters.

The surface should be as intentional as everything else on the property.

When property owners compare paving options, the upfront cost of PolyPavement often surprises them, because it's significantly lower than the alternatives.

Here's why:
Gravel roads require ongoing replenishment. Gravel migrates, washes out, and needs to be regraded and topped off every few years. That cost is permanent.

Asphalt has high installation costs and requires periodic sealing, crack repair, and eventual replacement. In heat, it softens. In cold, it cracks.

PolyPavement uses the material already on site. Installation is a fraction of the cost of asphalt. Maintenance requirements are minimal. And unlike gravel, it doesn't migrate or wash away.

The product pays for itself. That's not a sales pitch - it's math most of our clients figure out before they call us back for their next project.
