🏡 PML’S WINTER PROTECTION PROGRAM IS OPEN FOR ENROLLMENT!

One unexpected Texas freeze can mean burst pipes, flooding, costly repairs and extensive damage to your lakehouse—especially when you’re miles away.

At Prep My Lakehouse, our Winter Protection Program (WPP) provides proactive, hands-on freeze preparation and post-storm care throughout the winter season.

❄️ HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

1️⃣ WE WATCH THE WEATHER.
When freezing temperatures are forecast to last 12 hours or more, our team prepares to take action. You don’t have to watch the forecast or arrange last-minute help.

2️⃣ WE PREPARE YOUR LAKEHOUSE.
Before the freeze, our team visits your property to:

✔️ Adjust thermostats and confirm heating systems are operating
✔️ Open sink cabinets to circulate warm air around plumbing
✔️ Set faucets to drip when appropriate
✔️ Protect outdoor spigots and vulnerable water fixtures
✔️ Manage your water supply—including the option to shut off the main and drain plumbing for added protection
✔️ Address applicable outdoor winterization needs

3️⃣ WE RETURN AFTER THE FREEZE.
Once temperatures recover, we return to:

✔️ Reset faucets and water systems
✔️ Restore thermostat settings as appropriate
✔️ Check for visible leaks or storm-related concerns
✔️ Confirm systems are functioning and prepare your home for your next visit

4️⃣ WE DO IT AGAIN—ALL WINTER LONG!
Whether East Texas experiences one freeze or several, PML is ready to repeat the protection process.

✨ ONE PROGRAM. AN ENTIRE SEASON OF PEACE OF MIND.

🚨 ENROLL BY NOVEMBER 15TH! 🚨

Your lakehouse is an investment worth protecting. Don’t wait until temperatures drop and everyone is scrambling for help!

LET PML CLEAN. LAKE LIFE IS CALLING. 🌊✨

Your lakehouse is supposed to be your escape—not another place with a to-do list waiting for you.

When you arrive at the lake, the last thing you should be thinking about is dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing bathrooms, changing sheets or cleaning up after the last weekend. And when Sunday rolls around? You shouldn’t have to cut your lake time short just to get the house back in order.

Let Prep My Lakehouse handle the cleaning, so you can spend your time where you actually want to be.

With PML, you get more than a clean house. You get the confidence of knowing your lakehouse is being cared for by a professional, insured team of background-checked and drug-tested W-2 employees who understand second homes, follow detailed procedures and take pride in the little things.

Whether you need routine housekeeping, a seasonal deep clean, pre-arrival preparation, post-weekend cleanup, fresh linens, laundry, restocking or ongoing home and estate management, we can personalize your service around the way you use your lakehouse.

And because PML can handle so much more than housekeeping—from Shop + Stock groceries and food delivery to home repairs, House Checks, vendor coordination, boat and Jet Ski care, outdoor services, maintenance and concierge requests—you have one trusted team helping make lake ownership easier.

More time on the water. More mornings on the porch. More dinners with friends. More memories with family. And a whole lot less cleaning.

The lake is calling. Let PML clean. ⚓️💚

Lazy mornings at the lake just feel different. ☕️🌊

Coffee tastes better on the porch. Breakfast can wait. The boat doesn’t have a schedule. And there’s nowhere you really have to be.

That’s the kind of lake life we want for our clients.

At Prep My Lakehouse, we take care of the work behind the scenes so your mornings can stay wonderfully unhurried. Fresh linens on the beds. A spotless kitchen. Groceries waiting in the refrigerator. Outdoor spaces ready to enjoy. The boat cleaned and fueled. The little details handled before you ever arrive.

Because owning a lakehouse comes with a long list of things that need to be done—but your name doesn’t have to be on that list.

Sleep in. Pour another cup. Sit on the dock a little longer.

We’ll handle the lakehouse. You enjoy the lake. ⚓️

🏡🌊 Welcoming. Every Visit. Every Time. 🌊🏡

No two weekends at the lake look quite the same.

One weekend, the house is filled with girlfriends for a long-overdue getaway. 🥂
The next, every bedroom is full of family and grandchildren. ❤️
Sometimes it’s simply the two of you, escaping for a quiet weekend by the water.
And sometimes, you’re handing the keys to dear friends and saying, “Go enjoy our favorite place.”

However your lakehouse is being enjoyed, Prep My Lakehouse makes sure it feels welcoming from the moment the door opens.

We prepare your home for the way you’re using it that particular visit—not just checking items off a list.

✨ Beds made and fresh linens waiting
🏡 Impeccable housekeeping and guest preparation
🛒 Groceries, beverages and favorites Shop + Stocked before arrival
🍽️ Prepared meals, catering and private chef experiences
🥂 Entertaining and special-occasion preparation
🌿 Patios and outdoor spaces set and ready
🚤 Boats, Jet Skis, docks and waterfront areas prepared
🧼 Post-visit cleaning, laundry and home resets
🗂️ Home management, maintenance and concierge needs handled while you’re away

Hosting friends without being there? We can prepare the house for them.

Bringing the whole family? We’ll help get everything ready for a full house.

Girls’ weekend? Let us stock the w**e, prepare the beds and make sure the house is ready for fun.

Just the two of you? Arrive, pour a drink and head straight to the dock. Nothing else required.

That’s the luxury of PML. Your lakehouse can feel cared for, beautifully prepared and genuinely welcoming—every visit, every guest, every time.
