☢️☢️This home in Weare NH had excessive levels of Radon Gas, concerning the homeowner☢️☢️

2K Radon & Basement Services came in and installed a brand new Sub-Slab Depressurization (Mitigation) system in the basement! We tucked the outside pipe parallel to the wood stove exhaust for a clean, hidden system‼️

🗣️ RESULTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES 🗣️
(For reference: Mitigation Systems strive for levels below 2.0, levels of exactly 0 are highly unlikely. Outside air is .1-.7!)

‼️☢️KNOW YOUR SYSTEM☢️‼️

The 2 most common fan locations are outside the home and in the attic space.

No matter the location, air is drawn from underneath the basement slab and expelled into the outside air, above the roofline!

Fans should last between 10-15 years depending on the model and run 24/7‼️

If yours isn’t running or you would like to know more, please reach out!
