The last few weeks I’ve felt God telling me to slow down. Back in July, I thought that’s what I was doing by transitioning to my bakery stand at my home and stopping weekend markets.

But what I crave most is being more attentive to my husband, children and home. Not more money, customers or success.

I think it’s easy to fall into the trap of increasing your equipment means you have to increase capacity too. I could easily blaze through the ceiling I’ve been at but at what cost? Less sleep, more stress, less patience, etc etc etc.

I’ll never leave my Wednesday market (seriously I’m there until they make me leave 😆) but I will be stopping my Saturdays completely. I would so much rather give my Wednesday market & preorders 110% and have 3-4 full days to only give to my family.

I love what I do and I want margin to spark creativity and keep loving it. Burnout isn’t the answer. 🌻🤎
