: The #1 Mistake to Avoid with New Hardwood Flooring 🪵

Investing in beautiful new hardwood or engineered wood floors? There is one crucial step that can make or break the entire project before a single board is nailed down: Acclimation.

Wood is a natural material that expands and contracts based on your home's humidity and temperature.

The Rule: Never install flooring the day it's delivered. Let the wood sit inside the room where it will be installed for at least 3 to 5 days. This prevents warping, buckling, or unsightly gaps down the road.

🛠️ Want flawless floors that last a lifetime? Leave the heavy lifting and precision installation to us.

🚨 Water always wins. 🚨

This is what happens when shower and bathtub caulking is compromised, failing, or done incorrectly.
Over time, even tiny gaps let water seep underneath, leading to hidden rot, ruined subfloors, and structural damage. We are ripping it all out and doing it right.

Stay tuned to see the complete flip! 🛠️✨
