A little architectural detail goes a LONG way. ✨

My clients wanted to continue leaning into the mid-century mod vibe they had started in their living space, so I carried the same direction throughout the entry.

Custom picture frame molding, carefully considered proportions, an unexpected yet timeless color, and a statement chandelier selected specifically for the scale of the space all work together to bring this entryway to life.

What you see in the finished space is only a small piece of the process. From initial drawings and measurements to refining the trim layout and finding the perfect paint color and lighting, every detail takes time and thoughtful planning.

Because great design isn’t just about how a space looks when it’s finished. It’s about all the thought that goes into getting it there. 🤍

Can't let September slip away without celebrating 3 YEARS in business! ✨

Three years of making pretty things, solving a lot of problems, changing my mind approximately 847 times, chasing down deliveries, and somehow turning a little dream into a real business.

While ECID is celebrating 3 years, my journey in the design + construction industry actually started 13 years ago. Over a decade of learning, designing, renovating, building, problem-solving, and figuring out what it really takes to bring a space from an idea to reality. Taking the leap and building something of my own three years ago was equal parts exciting, terrifying, and one of the best decisions I've ever made.

I'm incredibly grateful for every project, every client who has trusted me with their homes and businesses, every referral, every collaboration, and every person who has cheered me on along the way.

This little business has grown in ways I couldn't have imagined three years ago — and I'm so excited for what's ahead.

Three years down. Year 4, let's go. 🥂

colors I can't stop thinking about: part one ✨

A new Midtown project is underway, and it’s bringing back memories of one of my favorite renovations from last year. ✨

This home was all about color, character, and creating spaces that felt both curated and lived in.

A stroll through my camera roll: The making of a modern-day gallery wall ✨⚡️

One of my favorite things to create — spaces that feel collected, personal, && full of stories.

My clients love color, music, travel, && unique pieces throughout their space, so this wall was designed to reflect exactly that. Every photo, frame, & mat was carefully chosen to create that layered, collected-over-time feel — while leaving room to keep adding memories & fun finds for years to come.

What looks “effortless” actually involved hours of behind-the-scenes sourcing, hand-picking every frame + mat, figuring out the perfect layout, lots of measuring, rearranging, styling, re-measuring 😂 && finally professional installation to bring it all together.

The best spaces aren’t just pretty… they’re filled with pieces that spark conversation, bring back memories, & make everything feel a little more personal. 🤍

An entry is the handshake into your home.. and this one needed to say something.

Since this is the garage entry (aka the most used door), we made it intentional—carrying the kitchen wallpaper and the checkerboard flooring through so everything feels connected, layered, and pulled together.

Proof that the in-between spaces matter just as much.

✨ If you’re ready for a home that feels this considered from the moment you walk in—let’s start the conversation.

Before • During • After ✨

This kitchen wasn't just about color—it was about completely reworking how this home functions.
We handled everything from layout decisions and custom cabinetry to sourcing, procurement, and full installation. Every finish, fixture, and detail was intentionally layered to create a space that feels bold, cohesive, and elevated.

This is what full-service design actually looks like-managing every moving piece so our clients don't have to.

✨ Currently booking full-service interior design projects for summer. If you're planning a renovation, custom build or furnishing project, now is the time to start.

➡️ To inquire, submit a project request through the website link in bio or send a direct message to begin the conversation.
