Favorite case of the week: mystery leak found coming from an electrical conduit concealed in the concrete floor slab of the 5th floor @ Mr. C Hotel in Coconut Grove.

3 companies visited prior to us, and no one could trace the source of the water seeping into the 4th floor. One overnight visit (we were on site until 3:30 AM last night) and a second visit with 2 crews on site later... we finally found it 💦✨️

This case set a record here, and even if we were able to find it, cap the conduit, and leave the hotel back up and running, we STILL don't know how the water got into that conduit 🥴😅

Emergency repair of an 1 1/4" galvanized main riser leaking under the concrete floor slab in a condo.

This leak was fixed last night during overtime hours, and our team still managed to patch the concrete!
This job was wrapped up at around 1 AM, but we were able to successfully restore the water supply to all the units and leave everyone up and running 🙌🔥
