West Chester was the place. The objective was to create an outdoor environment for entertaining and protection form the elements. The final product is extremely low maintenance and met the objective’s! We used metal roofing, metal ceiling ( right.. that’s not wood, see you later wood boring bees) powder coated aluminum columns (DSI) , Allan Block courtyard block from Reading Rock for the columns, wood grain b&b metal for the ceiling and vinyl soffit to match existing finishes. Replaced a 60 year old failing stone wall with a new allanblockAllan Block retaining wall. Installed a new 4” drain line for the downspouts along with a French drain along the building to reduce a moisture problem inside the garage. Reading Rock

Circular concrete pad pour with nestle a fire pit nicely and the Allan Block retaining wall will assist in drainage diversion and rear yard retention. Reading Rock Allan Block

Big changes here!! Removed the old deck and pergola. Installed a new concrete patio and walk. Roof structure with metal roof, textured metal ceiling along with powered coated aluminum DSI column wraps and railings , can lights, Timber Tech Stairs and ceiling fans.

Updated photo of a previous project. The clients love the sun but wanted the ability to open and close the structure. This is an aluminum pergola with motorized louvers. Pretty nice addition.

Another repeat client wanted an elevated area for an extruded aluminum pergola to be placed. We provided installed the allanblockwalls and pavers from Reading Rock to create another outdoor oasis. Electric provisions were also installed to facilitate power to the pergola for lifting and powered louvers.

We revitalize this driveway and expanded it for future parking and a barn pad. Hauled in 304 and topped with Limestone 57’s. Replaced the 12”culvert with 15”ID dual wall pipe and expanded the approach width. Finished it all off with compaction from a smooth drum roller.
