This one’s finished , in Monroe NY.
Amazing basement transformation , including , new stairs , LVP flooring , framing , drywall , recessed lighting , electric fireplace , flat screens , built ins , and a bar , so the homeowner can keep his eye on the kids using their new playroom .These customers were happy before the paint job , and ecstatic after patiently waiting for the painter. It was worth the wait.

Just finished this shower redo for a happy customer in Westtown. They were very patient and decided to add flooring a new vanity and a new pantry. Also, some lighting. Just waiting for a custom shower door and painting.

This basement in Meadowbrook Estates in New Windsor is off to a good start.
We’ve done a few in this development . Don’t just hire your friend , for these projects , because there are many ways that could come back and haunt you, and cost you so much more than you think you saved.

We haven’t posted since February , because we’ve been booked solid all year . These are some scattered pictures of some of the projects we’ve completed since then. We are still solidly booked , but if you are looking to have a finished basement project , kitchen , man cave , or small bathroom project , give us a call. Remember , we have a small crew , so you need to be willing to be patient , but you will get the personal touch from us , and direct communication . You won’t get a rushed job and you won’t get the b team , or the c team .

Just like the mailman, After 40 years of doing this we are committed to our customers.
Whether we/I’m cold, wet, hungry , sick , injured, tired , busy …. Doesn’t matter. When we start , we finish. We answer the phone , we show up for estimates , we come through. Yes we might me cranky !!
We kept plugging at these two basements the last two weeks regardless of the weather .
No nonsense results , just the facts , and NO time for TikTok videos .

Public service Announcement.
This is the weather, where if you are using supplementary heat ( pellet stove wood stove minisplits space heaters etc ) your hydronic pipes WILL freeze. Turn up the heat , and if you have poor insulation , let your faucets drip all day. .

Here are 2 more basements we are working on .
One in Montgomery and the other in new Windsor . Should be beautiful when we are done. We have a few more scheduled but if you are interested, get on the schedule, our spring dates are filling up fast.

Another basement in the books . Westtown NY. Tough to photograph the finished product with the black ceilings , but , in person , this finished basement /home theatre came out great. Another happy customer .
