THE HAPPY COVE REVEAL
From a vision on paper to a home that sold before it ever hit the market. π€
From the very beginning, the goal was to create a home that felt anything but ordinary. We wanted to step outside the typical spec home design and bring in rich colors, warm wood tones, bold stone selections, playful wallpaper, and unexpected details that would make this home truly stand out.
And thatβs exactly what we did! ππΌ
After presenting our design boards and renderings, the vision came to life for the future homeowners, and Happy Cove was sold before it ever officially hit the market! π₯Ή
Every detail you see was thoughtfully selected by The Refined Casa, working hand in hand with Saenz Signature Homes. From the cabinetry designs and custom built-ins to the tile, countertops, lighting, hardware, paint colors, exterior selections, and every little detail in between.
This project was such a beautiful reminder of what happens when builders trust the creative process and arenβt afraid to do something DIFFERENT.
A huge thank you to Saenz Signature Homes for trusting us to bring this vision to life and allowing us the creative freedom to design a home full of character, warmth, and personality.
Happy Cove, you have our hearts! π€β¨
