This weekend we helped a customer upgrade their lighting by converting their old fluorescent fixtures to energy-efficient LED lighting.

First off, thank you for being here. Whether you’ve liked this page, shared it, or you’re just checking us out, it truly means a lot.

My name is Cody, and I’m a husband, a dad to three amazing boys, and someone who believes in honest work and treating people the way I’d want my own family treated.

I’ve spent over 10 years working in home maintenance, general construction, and hospital maintenance, learning the skills to solve problems and take care of homes. Now I’ve decided to take a leap of faith and build something that’s my own.

Maxed Out Home Maintenance isn’t just another business to me. It’s a chance to build a future for my boys, to teach them the value of hard work, integrity, and serving others. Every job I complete helps support my family, and I don’t take that for granted.
