We’ve had several people reach out to us recently with questions about extremely low-priced carports, garages, and metal buildings they’ve seen advertised online.

We completely understand wanting to find the best price, everyone wants to get the most for their money! But when comparing quotes, it’s important to make sure you’re comparing more than just the number at the bottom.

Some businesses advertising metal buildings are **dealers or brokers**, meaning they may not be the company that will actually manufacture, deliver, or install your building. Before putting down a deposit, we encourage you to ask:

• Who will actually be building and installing my structure?
• Is the company I’m purchasing from the same company completing the work?
• What exactly is included in the advertised price?
• Are there additional charges that may be added later?
• Who do I contact if there is an issue with my building?
• Is the workmanship and structure backed by the company doing the installation?

A price that seems too good to be true is always worth asking a few more questions about.
