We just finished up this 1100 foot install/finish. It’s 3/4” x 4” character grade Northern White Oak. We water popped it and stained it with Duraseal 2/3 Nutmeg and 1/3 Neutral. It’s finished with 1 coat of Pallman Color sealer and 2 coats of Pallman Power satin. We will apply the final coat of finish once all the other work is finished up. , , , , , ,

Just finished up this 1150 foot install of Sheoga 3/4” x 4-1/4” pre finished Red Oak. When we got to this room a few weeks back, we noticed the that the exterior door was leaking and the subfloor was rotted. Once it was repaired, we went in and finished it up. , , , ,

So, I’ve been in the wood flooring business/trade since I was 16 years old. I am now 62, so you do the math. I don’t have any sons to pass the trade on to, but I have trained hundreds of young men over the years. Currently, Tristan is my current apprentice. The 100 year old radiator water lines finally gave out and steamed this floor from underneath. We were able to cut it out and refinish it. This was the final refinish as this floor is really thin now. It’s #2 common Southern Red Oak. We finished it natural with one coat of Pallman Color sealer and two coats of Pallman Power satin, and one coat of Pallman Gold in a satin sheen. , , , , ,

We have had the opportunity to work on this house at least five times . This house is being restored, and we have refinished an existing white oak floor, installed and finished an old reclaimed VG Fir floor, install a new White Oak floor, refinished a VG Fir porch, and we just finished up installing a reclaimed maple gym floor. It’s been a pleasure to watch this house transform into a beautiful home. , , ,

We just finished up this 300 foot install/finish. We added 3/4” x 3-1/4 select Red Oak to match the existing floor. We stained it with Duraseal 110 Neutral and then tinted water based sealer to bring it close to an aged/ambered oil base polyurethane. We coated with two coats of Pallman Power and one coat of Pallman Gold in a satin sheen. , , , ,
