Okay growers, I finally built a free VPD (V***r Pressure Deficit) calculator for our site! You just punch in your temp and humidity, and it spits out your exact VPD and tells you if you're dialed in for your growing stage.

Here's why you should care so much about this number. VPD is what actually drives transpiration and nutrient uptake. It's the number that matters more than anything.
When VPD too high, your air is too dry, the plant closes up and growth stalls. Too low and you get that soft, weak growth plus mold creeping in.
The sweet spot shifts as they grow:
Clones/seedlings: 0.4–0.8 kPa
Veg: 0.8–1.2 kPa
Flower: 1.2–1.6 kPa
