Your cabinets deserve a little personality. ✨

Welcome to our weekly series, where we share the real furniture and fixtures our studio picked for our projects this week.

A second location either repeats your first mistakes or fixes them.

•

Island Greens’ first location in Franklin Square is still going strong. This one raises the bar.

For their second location at Station Yards, Ronkonkoma, we refined Island Greens’ existing brand identity — both digitally and physically.

Logo. Typography. Interior finishes. The story that ties it all together.

Not a new brand. A sharper version of the one they already built — carried through every touchpoint, in the space and online.

•

Seven state-of-the-art simulator bays. A full bar and lounge. Digital darts. Room to improve your swing or just connect with your crew after work.

This is what happens when a growing brand gets design that scales with it — not just a second location, but a stronger one.

Opening early 2027. We can’t wait for you to see it in person.

A beautiful restaurant with no brand behind it is just an expensive room!

•

Green Velvet started as a hospitality interior design studio. Four years later, we build interior brands—and the client experiences that live within them.

Our clients used to ask: “Can you make my restaurant look good?”

Now we hear: “Can you curate a hospitality concept our community cares about?”

•

Your space, your socials, your storytelling, your site—they shouldn’t come from five different studios that have never spoken to each other.

Because the last thing a business owner needs is more people to chase down for updates.

•

We aren’t a branding agency that happens to understand interiors.

And we’re not an interior design firm that happens to offer logos.

We specialize in the intersection of the two.

•

If your concept has the bones but not the brand, that’s exactly where we come in.

Comment CONCEPT and we’ll send you the framework we use to audit whether a space is brand-aligned or just decorated. ⭐️

The historic Struble’s Arcade, a layered landmark in the heart of the Penn Yan, New York.

Originally built in 1869, the three-story masonry structure once served as a bustling indoor shopping arcade, considered Penn Yan’s earliest version of a modern shopping mall.

Struble’s Arcade housed a post office, telegraph office, grocery store, insurance offices, to***co store, tailor shop, and even a basement oyster bar with its own street-level entrance.

What would you do with this historic arcade building today?
