Grand in scale, contemporary in spirit. For this beachfront home in the Hamptons, Studio Rosenthal moved beyond traditional summer house clichés, embracing wood, bronze, stone, and travertine to create a refined interior that balances classical proportions with contemporary warmth.

Color does a lot of the storytelling in this Chelsea penthouse by Bryan O'Sullivan Studio. ✨Terracotta ceilings draw the eye upward, warm wood paneling defines the living spaces, and sculptural furniture introduces a softer geometry.

Each room has its own character, yet the palette carries a common thread throughout.

A full gut renovation by Nicholas Obeid, where sculptural forms, richly veined stone, and beautiful material contrasts give each space its own character. Patinated brass cabinetry brings warmth to the kitchen, while a thoughtful sequence of hallways and baths leads into expansive, light-filled rooms framed by century-old beams.

In Courcelles, Paris, a 300-square-metre Haussmannian apartment unfolds in a play of velvety hues, tactile textures and sculptural silhouettes, where the grandeur of historic mouldings meets the pulse of contemporary design.

Batiik Studio brings a fresh, expressive energy to the classic Parisian setting, creating interiors that feel both richly layered and distinctly modern.

A considered interplay of heritage detailing and contemporary minimalism. At this Bronte residence, Alexander &CO. balances the character of the original architecture with sculptural forms, tactile natural materials and a restrained palette of warm neutrals.

Timber panelling introduces warmth, rhythm and a sense of continuity, its natural grain adding texture against the clean architectural lines. The result is an understated material composition where craftsmanship and spatial clarity take precedence.

A 1920s Spanish Revival gem in Los Feliz enters a new chapter, reimagined by architect Dean Levin and his Los Angeles studio 22RE.

Expanding from 372 to 557 square metres, the renovation preserves the home’s romantic soul... sinuous archways, curved staircases and stained-glass windows, while introducing a contemporary language shaped by Mediterranean masters and the early architects of Los Angeles.

Terracotta House by Lande Architects feels new without ever feeling too new. This reimagined Edwardian is filled with warm, tactile materials and earthy tones that give it an immediate sense of comfort and familiarity. Nothing feels overly precious or designed just for show...it’s a home made for everyday family life, where the materials can age, soften, and become even better with time.

The home was designed with feeling at its heart...each space thoughtfully shaped around the way it would be lived in, loved, and experienced.

With every door they opened, they discovered something new: a space that felt familiar, personal, and truly their own. A home that revealed itself room by room, creating an emotional connection with every step.
